Abstract

Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh program MBKM terhadap mahasiswa Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Labuhanbatu menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Data dikumpulkan melalui survey dan kuesioner yang diisi oleh mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti program MBKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program MBKM memiliki dampak positif terhadap kesiapan kerja, keterampilan praktis, serta pengembangan soft skills mahasiswa. Model klasifikasi Naïve Bayes menunjukkan akurasi tinggi dalam mengklasifikasikan dampak program ini terhadap mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai evaluasi efektivitas program MBKM dalam meningkatkan kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi dunia kerja. Kata Kunci : MBKM, Naïve Bayes, Kesiapan Kerja, Keterampilan, Soft Skills. ============================================ The Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program aims to enhance students’s competencies in preparing for the workforce. This study analyze the impact of the MBKM program on students of the Faculty of Science and Technology at Universitas Labuhanbatu using Naïve Bayes method. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires filled out by students who participated in the MBKM program. The study results indicate that the MBKM program positively affects students’s job readiness, practical skills, and soft skill development. The Naïve Bayes classification model demonstrated high accuracy in classifying the program’s impact on students. Therefore, the findings of this research can be used as an evaluation of the MBKM program’s effectiveness in improving students’s preparedness for the workforce.
