Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi, pengelolaan proyek yang efisien dan kolaboratif menjadi faktor kunci dalam mencapai keberhasilan organisasi, khususnya dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis dan berbasis tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek berbasis web yang dirancang untuk optimalisasi kinerja tim melalui automasi berbagai proses manajemen proyek, termasuk perencanaan, pengalokasian sumber daya, penjadwalan, pemantauan, serta pelaporan. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur integrasi komunikasi real-time, pengingat tugas, dan visualisasi progres proyek melalui dasbor interaktif. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model waterfall dengan tahapan yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan sistem, implementasi perangkat lunak, dan pengujian secara menyeluruh. Pengujian dilakukan melalui metode User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dengan melibatkan beberapa tim proyek dari perusahaan teknologi, dan hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi kerja tim sebesar 30%, perbaikan dalam pelacakan tugas dan pengurangan keterlambatan proyek hingga 20%. Sistem ini juga mendukung kolaborasi yang lebih baik antar anggota tim dan pemimpin proyek melalui pengelolaan informasi yang terpusat dan terstruktur. Diharapkan, sistem ini dapat memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap pengelolaan proyek yang lebih efektif dan meningkatkan kinerja tim dalam jangka panjang. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek, Kinerja Tim, Web-Based, Optimalisasi, Kolaborasi, Automasi, Manajemen Proyek =================================================================================================== In the era of digitalization, efficient and collaborative project management is a key factor in achieving organizational success, especially in a dynamic and team-based work environment. This research aims to develop a web-based Project Management Information System designed to optimize team performance through the automation of various project management processes, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. The system is also equipped with integrated features of real-time communication, task reminders, and visualization of project progress through interactive dashboards. System development is carried out using a waterfall model with stages that include user needs analysis, system design, software implementation, and thorough testing. The test was carried out through the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method involving several project teams from technology companies, and the results showed a 30% increase in teamwork efficiency, improvements in task tracking and a reduction in project delays by up to 20%. The system also supports better collaboration between team members and project leaders through centralized and structured information management. It is hoped that this system can have a significant impact on more effective project management and improve team performance in the long term.
