Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi informasi (TI) telah menjadi elemen penting dalam pengambilan keputusan strategis, termasuk di organisasi nirlaba yang menghadapi tantangan unik seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan kebutuhan untuk efisiensi tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap proses pengambilan keputusan strategis di organisasi nirlaba. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah kurangnya pemanfaatan TI secara optimal, yang dapat menghambat efektivitas pengambilan keputusan dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 organisasi nirlaba di Indonesia, melibatkan manajer dan pengambil keputusan sebagai responden utama. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linier untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penggunaan teknologi informasi dan kualitas keputusan strategis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kecepatan, akurasi, dan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan strategis. Faktor-faktor seperti integrasi sistem TI, pelatihan staf, dan akses data real-time berkontribusi pada peningkatan kemampuan organisasi dalam merespons tantangan eksternal. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa investasi dalam teknologi informasi merupakan langkah strategis yang penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi nirlaba. Kata Kunci : Teknologi Informasi, Pengambilan Keputusan, Organisasi Nirlaba, Strategi, Efisiensi ==================================================================================================== The use of information technology (IT) has become a critical element in strategic decision-making, including in nonprofit organizations that face unique challenges such as limited resources and the need for high efficiency. This study aims to analyze the impact of information technology on strategic decision-making processes in nonprofit organizations. The main issue identified is the suboptimal utilization of IT, which may hinder the effectiveness of decision-making and the achievement of organizational goals. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 nonprofit organizations in Indonesia, targeting managers and key decision-makers as primary respondents. Data analysis was conducted using linear regression methods to determine the relationship between IT usage and the quality of strategic decisions. The findings reveal that the use of information technology significantly and positively influences the speed, accuracy, and effectiveness of strategic decision-making. Factors such as IT system integration, staff training, and real-time data access contribute to enhancing the organization's ability to respond to external challenges. This study concludes that investing in information technology is a crucial strategic step to improve the performance of nonprofit organizations.
