Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) terhadap efisiensi operasional pada perusahaan menengah di Indonesia. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, perusahaan menengah menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola sumber daya secara efektif dan efisien. Implementasi sistem ERP dianggap sebagai solusi yang dapat mengintegrasikan berbagai fungsi bisnis, seperti manajemen keuangan, rantai pasokan, produksi, dan sumber daya manusia, ke dalam satu platform yang terpusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 150 responden dari perusahaan menengah yang telah menerapkan ERP. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur indikator-indikator efisiensi operasional, seperti pengurangan waktu siklus kerja, pengendalian biaya operasional, peningkatan akurasi data, dan peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara implementasi ERP dan peningkatan efisiensi operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ERP memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap efisiensi operasional, di mana perusahaan yang telah mengadopsi ERP mengalami penurunan biaya operasional hingga 20%, peningkatan kecepatan pemrosesan data, serta peningkatan kolaborasi antar departemen. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa faktor kunci keberhasilan dalam implementasi ERP mencakup keterlibatan manajemen puncak, pelatihan karyawan yang memadai, dan penyesuaian sistem dengan kebutuhan spesifik perusahaan. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi para pengambil keputusan di perusahaan menengah mengenai manfaat strategis dari investasi teknologi ERP dalam mendukung daya saing dan efisiensi operasional jangka panjang. Kata Kunci : Sistem ERP, Efisiensi Operasional, Perusahaan Menengah, Teknologi Informasi, Produktivitas ======================================================================================= This study aims to analyze the influence of the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System on operational efficiency in medium companies in Indonesia. Along with the rapid development of information technology, medium sized companies face challenges in managing resources effectively and efficiently. ERP system implementation is considered a solution that can integrate various business functions, such as financial management, supply chain, production, and human resources, into one centralized platform. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 150 respondents from medium-sized companies that have implemented ERP. Data is collected through questionnaires that measure operational efficiency indicators, such as reduction in work cycle time, operational cost control, improved data accuracy, and increased customer satisfaction. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method to test the relationship between ERP implementation and operational efficiency improvement. The results show that ERP implementation has a significant positive influence on operational efficiency, where companies that have adopted ERP experience a decrease in operational costs of up to 20%, an increase in data processing speed, and an increase in collaboration between departments. Additionally, it was found that key success factors in ERP implementation include top management involvement, adequate employee training, and system customization to the company's specific needs. The findings of this study provide important insights for decision-makers in mid-sized companies on the strategic benefits of ERP technology investment in supporting long-term competitiveness and operational efficiency.
