Abstract

Perkembangan dunia usaha saat ini berjalan dengan sangat cepat, kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen selalu berubah seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, sehingga mempengaruhi sistem pola konsumsi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola penjualan di Usaha Sembako Rahayu menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering. Dengan mengelompokkan produk berdasarkan jumlah stok awal, jumlah terjual, dan stok akhir. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tiga cluster utama : produk laris, produk stabil, dan produk kurang laku. Hasil klasterisasi menunjukkan bahwa produk dalam cluster laris harus sering di restock, sementara produk dalam cluster kurang laku memerlukan strategi pemasaran khusus agar dapat meningkatkan penjualannya. Implementasi metode ini memberikan manfaat dalam optimasi stok, efisiensi pembelian dari supplier, dan perencanaan strategi pemasaran. Evaluasi menggunakan Sum of Square Error (SSE) menunjukkan hasil klasterisasi semakin optimal sering dengan iterasi yang dilakukan. Kata Kunci : K-Means Clustering, Manajemen Stok, Pola Penjualan Usaha Sembako, Optimasi Bisnis ==================================================================================================== The development of the business world is currently running very quickly, consumers’ needs and desires are always changing along with the times, thus affecting society’s consumption patters system. This research aims to analyze sales patterns at the Rahayu Grocery Business using the K-Means Clustering method. By grouping products based on initial stock amount, quantity sold, and ending stock. This research identifies three main clusters : Best-selling products, stable products and less-selling products. The clustering results show that products in the best-selling cluster must be restocked frequently, while products in the less-selling cluster require a special marketing strategy to increase sales. Implementation of this method provides benefits in stock optimization, purchasing efficiency from suppliers, and marketing strategy planning. Evaluation using Sum of Square Error (SSE) shows that the clustering results are increasingly optimal with the iterations carried out.
