Abstract

Yayasan Mentari Meraki Asa saat ini belum memiliki website profil yang sepenuhnya optimal dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada pengguna. Website yang tersedia masih berbentuk satu halaman blog sederhana, sehingga kurang mendukung kebutuhan yayasan dalam memberikan informasi yang komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website profil dengan pendekatan desain antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna (UI/UX) yang berpusat pada pengguna (user-centered). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah User Centered Design (UCD), yang melibatkan pengguna dalam setiap tahap pengembangan, mulai dari penelitian awal, perancangan prototipe, hingga implementasi akhir. Pendekatan ini memastikan bahwa desain website yang dihasilkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan ekspektasi pengguna dengan lebih baik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan website yang lebih responsif, fungsional, dan memiliki aksesibilitas tinggi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efektivitas penyampaian informasi yayasan. Selain itu, pengembangan ini tidak hanya menitikberatkan pada aspek visual, tetapi juga memastikan bahwa website mampu mendukung pencapaian tujuan yayasan serta memperbesar dampak sosial yang dihasilkan. The existing website is a simple one page blog, which does not adequately support the foundation’s need to provide comprehensive information. This study aims to develop a profile website with a user-centered approach to user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design. The research method used is User-Centered Design (UCD), which involves users in every stage of development, from initial research and prototype design to final implementation. This approach ensures that the resulting website design better meets users’ needs and expectations. The results of this study are expected to produce a more responsive, functional, and highly accessible website, thereby improving the effectiveness of the foundation's information delivery. Furthermore, this development not only focuses on visual aspects but also ensures that the website supports the foundation’s goals and enhances its social impact.
