Abstract

dan tehnik pengambilan sampel jenuh yang melibatkan 50 responden. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas produk, word of mouth dan Reputasi merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen pada produk daviena skincare di Toko Selly Kosmetik Kota Batu. Dapat dilihat dari hasil koefidsien determinasi minat beli ulang mampu dijelaskan oleh kualitas produk, Word of Mouth dan Reputasi merek sebesar 62,3%. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Word of Mouth, Reputasi Merek, Minat Beli Ulang ==================================================================================================== This study aims to analyze the Influence of Product Quality, Word of Mouth and Brand Reputation on Consumer Repurchase Interest in Daviena Skincare Products at Selly Cosmetics Store in Kota Batu. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and saturated sampling technique involving 50 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression, the results of the study show that Product Quality, Word of Mouth and Brand Reputation have a positive and significant effect on consumer repurchase interest in daviena skincare products at Selly Cosmetics Store in Kota Batu. It can be seen from the results of the determination coefficient of repurchase interest can be explained by product quality, Word of Mouth and Brand Reputation of 62.3%.
