Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan desa yang transparan dan efisien merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang akuntabel. Namun, banyak desa masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan, keterlambatan, dan kurangnya transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Keuangan Desa (SIAKUD) berbasis web di Desa Rintis sebagai solusi digitalisasi dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan interaksi pengguna dengan sistem, sedangkan implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIAKUD berbasis web mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan keuangan desa dengan mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, mempercepat proses laporan keuangan, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas. However, many villages still use manual recording systems that are prone to errors, delays, and lack of transparency. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based Village Financial Accounting Information System (SIAKUD) in Rintis Village as a digitalization solution in financial recording and reporting. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system design was carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to describe user interactions with the system, while the implementation used the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The results of the study showed that the implementation of web-based SIAKUD was able to improve the efficiency of village financial management by reducing recording errors, accelerating the financial reporting process, and increasing transparency and accountability.
