Abstract

Pengelolaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di MTs Islamiyah Londut masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan ketidakefisienan dalam pencatatan data, bentrok jadwal, serta kesulitan dalam memantau partisipasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Agile, yaitu pendekatan metode ini memungkinkan pengembangan sistem dilakukan dalam beberapa siklus yang pendek, sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data siswa, penjadwalan, dan pemantauan kegiatan, sekaligus meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pencatatan manual. Sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan panduan penggunaan (user guide) untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam mengoperasikan fitur-fitur yang tersedia. Selain itu, dilakukan pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black-box testing yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi utama sistem berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Platform berbasis web ini terbukti meningkatkan transparansi, aksesibilitas, serta koordinasi antara siswa, guru, dan administrator. Dengan penerapan solusi digital ini, sekolah dapat mengelola kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dengan lebih terorganisir dan efektif. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan fitur tambahan seperti notifikasi real-time dan alat komunikasi untuk semakin mengoptimalkan sistem. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Ekstrakurikuler, Agile, Efisiensi, Monitoring ================================================================================================== Management of extracurricular activities at MTs Islamiyah Londut is still carried out manually, leading to inefficiencies in data recording, schedule conflicts, and difficulties in monitoring student participation. This study aims to develop a web-based extracurricular management information system using the Agile method to improve efficiency and accuracy. The research method used is the Agile methodology, which allows system development to be carried out in several short cycles. The results show that the developed system enhances the efficiency of student data management, scheduling, and activity monitoring, while minimizing errors from manual recording. The system also includes a user guide to assist users in operating the available features. In addition, system testing was conducted using the black-box testing method, which indicated that all core system functions performed as expected. This web-based platform has proven to increase transparency, accessibility, and coordination between students, teachers, and administrators. With the implementation of this digital solution, the school can manage extracurricular activities more effectively and in a more organized manner. Future research can develop additional features such as real-time notifications and communication tools to further optimize the system.
