Abstract

Penentuan siswa berprestasi secara objektif dan efisien merupakan tantangan penting di lingkungan pendidikan, termasuk di SMK Swasta Panca Setia Sidomulyo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) berbasis web yang mampu membantu proses seleksi siswa berprestasi dengan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan meliputi nilai akademik, peringkat kelas, dan tingkah laku siswa. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta diuji untuk meningkatkan transparansi, akurasi, dan efisiensi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun dapat mengotomatisasi proses evaluasi siswa secara lebih adil dan akuntabel, serta memberikan laporan yang dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh pihak sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam penerapan SPK berbasis metode TOPSIS di institusi pendidikan lainnya. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, TOPSIS, Siswa Berprestasi, Nilai Akademik, SMK Swasta Panca Setia ================================================================================================ Determining student achievement objectively and efficiently is an important challenge in the educational environment, including in SMK Swasta Panca Setia Sidomulyo. This study aims to design and build a web-based decision support system (DSS) that can assist the selection process of outstanding students using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The assessment criteria used include academic grades, class rankings, and student behavior. This system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and tested to improve transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in decision making. The implementation results show that the system built can automate the student evaluation process more fairly and accountably, and provide reports that can be easily accessed by the school. This study is expected to be a reference in the implementation of DSS based on the TOPSIS method in other educational institutions.
