Abstract
Banjir merupakan bencana alam vang kerap teqadi di Indonesia, terutama pada musim hujan, dengan dampak signifikan terhadap kerugian materiil dan korban jiwa. Keterbatasan sistem pemantauan ketinggian air -yang real-time rnenyebabkan masyarakat sering terlambat menerima inforraasi untuk evakuasi. Penelitian ini bertuiuan merancang dan membangun protot)'pe sistem rnonitoring dan peringatan dini banlir berbasis Internet oJ'Tltings (IoT) menggunakan NodeMCU ESP8266, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, dan sensor suhu DHT1l" dengan antarmuka rveb berbasis Streamlit serta notifikasi otomatis melalui Bot Telegram. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain prototipe dengan pengujian langsung pada rredia simulasi (akuarium akrilik) untuk mengukur akurasi pembacaan sensor, performa sistem, dan respons notit'lkasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu filemantau ketinggian air dan suhu secara real-time dengan akurasi sensor di atas 979rc. serta mengirimkan peringatan dini dengan status "Aman”, “ Waspada”, dan “Bahaya” secara tepat. Kata Kunci: Internet of Things, Monitoring Banjir, Peringatan Dini, Streamlit, Bot Telegram ========================================================================================== Floods are one of the most frequent natural disasters in Indonesia,, particularly during the rainy season, causing significant material losses and casualties. The lack of real-time river water level monitoring systems often delays evacuation efforts. This study aims to design and develop a prototype flood monitoring and early warning system based on the Internet of Things (IOT) using NodeMCU ESP8266, HC-SR0-4 ultrasonic sensor, and DHTII temperature sensor, integrates with a Streamlit-based web interface and automatic natifications via telegram bot. the research employed a prototype design method with direct testing on a simulated medium (acrylic aquarium) to evaluate sensor accuracy, system performance, and notification responsiveness. The result show that the system can monitor water levels and temperature in real-time with sensor accuracy above 97% and deliver early warnings with “Safe,” “ Alert, “ and “ Danger “ status promptly.
