Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting dalam pengolahan data yang efisien di instansi pendidikan, terutama di sekolah. Penelitian ini menyajikan perancangan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web di SDN 112152 Bandar Tinggi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, termasuk pencatatan peminjaman buku yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan kurang efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, meliputi analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi sistem. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem baru tersebut mampu mengelola data peminjaman dan pengembalian buku secara lebih akurat dan cepat. Kesimpulannya, penerapan sistem informasi perpustakaan berbasis web mampu memperbaiki pelayanan dan operasional perpustakaan, memberikan kemudahan akses informasi bagi pengguna, serta meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di SDN 112152 Bandar Tinggi. Kata Kunci : Website, Sistem Informasi, Perpustakaan ======================================================================== The development of information systems is crucial for efficient data processing in educational institutions, particularly schools. This study presents the design of a web-based library information system at SDN 112152 Bandar Tinggi to address existing problems, including manual and ineffective book borrowing. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, encompassing analysis, design, development, implementation, and system evaluation. The results of the analysis show that the new system is able to manage book borrowing and return data more accurately and quickly. In conclusion, the implementation of a web-based library information system can improve library services and operations, provide easier access to information for users, and enhance learning effectiveness at SDN 112152 Bandar Tinggi.
