Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan kerja, pengembangan karir, dan komitmen terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Labuhanbatu. Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor kunci dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi, sehingga pemahaman terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja sangat penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap seluruh populasi pegawai BPN Labuhanbatu sebanyak 82 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kedisiplinan kerja dan pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan komitmen tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kinerja pegawai BPN Labuhanbatu dapat dicapai melalui penguatan kedisiplinan kerja dan pengembangan karir yang terarah dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Kedisiplinan Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Komitmen, BPN Labuhanbatu ===================================================== This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, career development, and commitment on employee performance at the Labuhanbatu National Land Agency (BPN) Office. Human resources are a key factor in achieving organizational goals, therefore, understanding the factors that influence performance is crucial. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of the entire population of 82 BPN Labuhanbatu employees. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation and questionnaires. The results of the regression analysis indicate that partially, work discipline and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while commitment has no significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables together have a significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, improving the performance of BPN Labuhanbatu employees can be achieved through strengthening work discipline and directed and sustainable career development.
