Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pelatihan, motivasi kerja, dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Camat Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 33 pegawai dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel pelatihan (X2) dan motivasi kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan tingkat pendidikan (X1) dan fasilitas kerja (X4) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Uji simultan (Uji F) memperlihatkan bahwa keempat variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,648 Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar instansi meningkatkan kualitas program pelatihan dan motivasi kerja pegawai, serta memperhatikan penyediaan fasilitas kerja yang lebih memadai agar kinerja pegawai dapat terus ditingkatkan. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai ========================================================================= This study aims to analyze the influence of education level, training, work motivation, and work facilities on employee performance at the Rantau Selatan Sub-district Office in Labuhanbatu Regency. The study employed a quantitative, survey-based approach. The study population consisted of 33 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was used; the entire population was sampled. The results showed that partially, the training (X2) and work motivation (X3) variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, education level (X1) and work facilities (X4) had a positive but insignificant effect. A simultaneous test (F-test) showed that all four independent variables jointly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an R² value of 0.648. The results of this study recommend that agencies improve the quality of training programs and employee work motivation, as well as provide more adequate work facilities, to improve employee performance continuously.
