Abstract

Employee performance is a critical factor in determining organizational success, particularly in industries where productivity depends heavily on workplace conditions and employee well-being. PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk, operating in a competitive and demanding sector, requires an optimal work environment to ensure its employees perform effectively. This study aims to analyze the influence of occupational safety and health, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk in Rokan Hilir, Riau. Using a quantitative approach with an associative method, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 employees selected through simple random sampling. The data were processed using SPSS 25 and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that a safe and healthy work environment enhances employee comfort and focus, high work motivation drives employees to pursue targets more diligently, and job satisfaction strengthens commitment and engagement. Collectively, these three factors create a conducive and harmonious work atmosphere that significantly improves overall employee performance.
