Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, lifestyle, and social influence on the financial management behavior of Generation Z at Labuhanbatu University. Generation Z is a demographic group born between 2000 and 2012, who are currently in an economically active phase of life, both as students and novice workers. In facing financial challenges, their financial management behavior is greatly influenced by the level of understanding of financial concepts, consumption habits, and social pressure from the surrounding environment. The results of the study indicate that partially financial literacy, lifestyle and social influence have a positive and significant effect on management behavior in Generation Z in students of the Management Study Program at Labuhanbatu University. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Lifestyle, Social Influence, Management Behavior ================================================================================================ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, gaya hidup, dan pengaruh sosial terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan Generasi Z di Universitas Labuhanbatu. Generasi Z merupakan kelompok demografis yang lahir antara tahun 2000 hingga 2012, yang saat ini berada dalam fase kehidupan aktif secara ekonomi, baik sebagai mahasiswa maupun pekerja pemula. Dalam menghadapi tantangan finansial, perilaku manajemen keuangan mereka sangat dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pemahaman terhadap konsep keuangan, kebiasaan konsumsi, serta tekanan sosial dari lingkungan sekitar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial financial literacy, lifestyle dan social infuence berpengaruh dengan positif dan signifikan terhadap management behaviour pada generasi Z pada mahasiswa/i Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Labuhanbatu.
