Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong instansi pendidikan untuk memanfaatkan sistem berbasis digital dalam pengelolaan data akademik. Di SD Negeri 28 Langgapayung, proses pengolahan nilai siswa masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan penyampaian informasi, dan kesulitan dalam pengarsipan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Akademik berbasis web sebagai sistem pengolahan nilai siswa yang efektif dan efisien. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web dan database terintegrasi untuk mengelola data siswa, data guru, mata pelajaran, serta pengolahan dan pelaporan nilai secara otomatis. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akademik berbasis web yang dikembangkan mampu mempermudah guru dalam menginput dan mengolah nilai siswa, mempercepat pembuatan laporan hasil belajar, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan keamanan data. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengolahan nilai siswa di sekolah dasar. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Akademik, Berbasis Web, Pengolahan Nilai, Sekolah Dasar ================================================================= Advances in information technology are encouraging educational institutions to utilize digital-based systems for managing academic data. At SD Negeri 28 Langgayung, student grade processing is still done manually, potentially leading to recording errors, delays in information delivery, and difficulties in data archiving. This study aims to develop a web based Academic Information System (AIS) as an effective and efficient student grade processing system. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed using a web-based programming language and an integrated database to manage student, teacher, and subject data, as well as automatically process and report grades. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure each function operates according to user requirements. The results show that the developed web-based academic information system facilitates teachers' input and processing of student grades, accelerates the creation of learning outcome reports, and improves data accuracy and security. Therefore, this system can be a solution to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of student grade processing in elementary schools.
