Abstract
Dalam penelitian ini, kami akan membahas tentang sistem antrian pasien dalam mengoptimalkan pelayanan di loket pendaftaran Puskesmas Rantau Prapat akan menguraikan berbagai aspek penting terkait sistem antrian, seperti jenis antrian, desain sistem, dan implementasinya serta juga akan membahas tentang manfaat dan dampak penerapan sistem antrian yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Rantau Prapat.Seiring dengan bertambahnya kebutuhan pasien dalam menjalani perobatan pada puskesmas kota rantauprapat timbul suatu fenomena tersendiri oleh suatu lembaga untuk guna meningkatkan pelayanan, kebutuhan dan kepuasan pasien. Dalam puskesmas kota rantauprapat terdapat empat ruang pelayanan kesehatan atau yang lebih akrab di sebut poli diantara nya adalah , Poli KIA dan KB , Poli Umum, Poli Gigi dan Mulut, serta Poli Gizi. Dalam pelayanan nya dibutuhkan antara satu dengan yang lain dalam mendapatkan. Metode berupa Jeckson Network Queue, Solusi yang diberikan yaitu dengan menerapan Antrian terajadi juga diakibatkan belum adanya proses booking secara online untuk memberikan tambahan layanan bagi pelanggan sehinga pelanggan tidak harus menunggu pada tempat pencucian. Kata Kunci : Antrian, Kesehatan, Jeckson Network Queue =============================================================== In this study, we will discuss the patient queuing system to optimize service at the Rantau Prapat Community Health Center registration counter. We will outline various important aspects related to the queuing system, such as queue types, system design, and implementation. We will also discuss the benefits and impacts of implementing an effective queuing system in improving service quality at the Rantau Prapat Community Health Center. Along with the increasing need for patient treatment at the Rantau Prapat City Community Health Center, a unique phenomenon has emerged, driven by an institution's efforts to improve services, needs, and patient satisfaction. The Rantau Prapat City Community Health Center has four health service rooms, more commonly known as polyclinics: the KIA and KB Polyclinic, the General Polyclinic, the Dental and Oral Polyclinic, and the Nutrition Polyclinic. These services require interconnectedness to obtain services. The Jeckson Network Queue method is used. The solution proposed is to implement a queue system. This also occurs due to the lack of an online booking process to provide additional services for customers so that customers do not have to wait at the laundry area.
