Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi manajemen pengelolaan data pangan berbasis web pada Dinas Pangan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah proses pengelolaan data yang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan spreadsheet, sehingga belum terintegrasi, kurang efisien, serta berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan dan keterlambatan dalam penyajian informasi. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL serta dimodelkan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengintegrasikan data ketersediaan, kebutuhan, sisa pangan, gizi, serta permintaan dan distribusi bantuan dalam satu basis data terpusat. Pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing menunjukkan bahwa sistem berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan. Sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, keamanan data, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan tepat. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Data Pangan, Berbasis Web, PHP, MySQL ================================================================================================== This research aims to design and implement a web-based food data management information system at the Labuhanbatu Regency Food Service. The problem faced is that the data management process is still done manually using spreadsheets, resulting in a lack of integration, inefficiency, and the potential for errors and delays in information presentation. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database and modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results show that the system is capable of integrating data on food availability, needs, remaining food, nutrition, and requests for and distribution of aid into a single, low-cost database. Testing using the Black Box Testing method indicates that the system functions as required. This system is able to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data security, and supports faster and more accurate decision-making. Keywords : Information System, Food Data, Web-Based, PHP, MySQL
