Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) memungkinkan hadirnya solusi inovatif di bidang kesehatan, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan konsumsi obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Smart Medicine Box berbasis IoT yang dilengkapi dengan peringatan suara dan sistem pembuka otomatis. Sistem menggunakan ESP8266 NodeMCU sebagai pengendali utama, motor servo untuk membuka kotak obat, DFPlayer Mini dan speaker sebagai notifikasi suara, serta sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi pengambilan obat. Selain itu, sistem terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Blynk untuk monitoring dan kontrol secara real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja dengan baik pada mode otomatis dan manual dengan waktu respon sekitar ±2–3 detik. Sensor ultrasonik juga berhasil mendeteksi pengambilan obat dan mengirimkan notifikasi ke aplikasi. Kesimpulannya, sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan pengguna dalam mengonsumsi obat serta memberikan kemudahan dalam pemantauan penggunaan obat. Kata kunci: Smart Medicine Box, IoT, ESP8266, Blynk ================================================================================================= The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has enabled innovative solutions in healthcare, particularly in improving medication adherence. This study aims to design and implement an IoT-based Smart Medicine Box equipped with voice reminders and an automatic opening system. The system uses an ESP8266 NodeMCU as the main controller, a servo motor for automatic opening, a DFPlayer Mini and speaker for audio notifications, and an ultrasonic sensor to detect medication retrieval. The system is also integrated with the Blynk application for real-time monitoring and control. The results show that the system operates effectively in both automatic and manual modes, with a response time of approximately ±2–3 seconds. The ultrasonic sensor successfully detects medication usage and sends notifications to the application. In conclusion, the proposed system can improve medication adherence and provide an efficient solution for monitoring medication intake. Keywords: Smart Medicine Box, IoT, ESP8266, Blynk
