Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang, membangun, dan mengevaluasi sistem pelacak barang berbasis Airtag dengan menggunakan teknologi Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah tingginya tingkat kelalaian pengguna dalam menyimpan barang sehingga berpotensi menyebabkan kehilangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi sistem. Perangkat yang dikembangkan menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan fitur BLE, buzzer sebagai alarm, serta aplikasi Blynk sebagai media monitoring. Sistem bekerja dengan cara mendeteksi koneksi antara perangkat dan smartphone. Apabila koneksi Bluetooth terputus atau jarak melebihi batas tertentu, maka sistem akan mengaktifkan alarm berupa buzzer dan mengirimkan notifikasi ke aplikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu bekerja dengan baik dalam mendeteksi koneksi Bluetooth hingga jarak ±8 meter. Ketika jarak melebihi 10 meter, koneksi terputus dan alarm aktif secara otomatis. Sistem juga mampu memberikan notifikasi secara real-time melalui aplikasi Blynk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem Airtag berbasis Bluetooth ini terbukti efektif sebagai alat pengingat barang yang tertinggal. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna dalam mengurangi risiko kehilangan barang serta meningkatkan keamanan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari. Kata kunci: Airtag, Bluetooth Low Energy, ESP32, IoT, Monitoring, Alarm =================================================== This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate an Airtag-based item tracking system using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology. The background of this research is the high frequency of users forgetting or misplacing their belongings, which may lead to loss. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE approach, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The developed system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller with integrated BLE features, a buzzer as an alarm, and the Blynk application as a monitoring platform. The system operates by detecting the connection between the device and the smartphone. When the Bluetooth connection is lost or exceeds a certain distance threshold, the system activates an alarm through a buzzer and sends notifications to the application. The testing results indicate that the system performs effectively in maintaining Bluetooth connectivity up to approximately 8 meters. When the distance exceeds 10 meters, the connection is lost and the alarm is automatically triggered. The system is also capable of sending real-time notifications via the Blynk application. Based on the results, the Bluetooth-based Airtag system is proven to be effective as a reminder tool for forgotten items.
