Abstract

Sampah organik rumah tangga dapat membahayakan lingkungan jika tidak ditangani dengan benar. Salah satu opsinya adalah menciptakan Eco Enzyme, yang berfungsi sebagai solusi pembersih berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengubah sampah organik menjadi Eco Enzyme dan mengembangkan sabun cair untuk mencuci piring yang menggunakan Eco Enzyme dan Methyl Ester Sulfonate (MES) dengan nama VioCleans, serta menganalisis sikap dan penerimaan konsumen menggunakan Model Fishbein Multiatribut. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Bandar Selamat I, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, pada Oktober Desember 2025 dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui uji laboratorium dan survei terhadap 150 responden. Parameter uji laboratorium meliputi pH, alkali bebas, dan kadar air berdasarkan SNI 4075-2:2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar alkali bebas sebesar 0,05% telah memenuhi standar SNI (≤0,1%), nilai pH sebesar 5,02 mendekati pH alami kulit, sedangkan kadar air sebesar 92,7% masih memerlukan optimalisasi. Analisis Model Fishbein menunjukkan sikap konsumen berada pada kategori positif hingga sangat positif, terutama pada atribut daya bersih dan efek di tangan. Dengan demikian, VioCleans berpotensi dikembangkan sebagai sabun cuci piring ramah lingkungan berbasis pemanfaatan limbah organik. Kata kunci : Eco Enzyme, MES, Viocleans, Sabun Cuci Piring, Model Fishbein Multiatribut. ================================================================================================= Household organic waste has the potential to cause environmental pollution if not properly managed. One alternative approach is the production of Eco Enzyme, which can be utilized as an environmentally friendly cleaning agent. This study aimed to process organic waste into Eco Enzyme, formulate a liquid dishwashing soap based on Eco Enzyme and Methyl Ester Sulfonate (MES) under the product name VioCleans, and analyze consumer attitudes and acceptance using the Multi Attribute Fishbein Model. The research was conducted in Bandar Selamat I, Labuhanbatu Regency, from October to December 2025 using a descriptive quantitative approach through laboratory testing and a survey involving 150 respondents. Laboratory parameters included pH, free alkali content, and water content based on SNI 4075-2:2017 standards. The results showed that the free alkali content was 0.05%, meeting the SNI requirement (≤0.1%), while the pH value of 5.02 was close to the natural pH of human skin. However, the water content of 92.7% exceeded the standard and requires further formulation optimization. The Multi-Attribute Fishbein analysis indicated that consumer attitudes toward VioCleans were positive to very positive, particularly regarding cleaning power and hand-friendly effects. Therefore, VioCleans demonstrates strong potential to be developed as an environmentally friendly dishwashing soap based on organic waste utilization.
