Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh proses pengiriman pesan pemberitahuan yang masih dilakukan secara manual melalui aplikasi WhatsApp pada perangkat pribadi, sehingga membutuhkan waktu lebih lama, berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pengiriman, dan kurang efisien ketika jumlah penerima cukup banyak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan website yang dapat mengirim pesan pemberitahuan secara otomatis melalui integrasi WhatsApp API, menerapkan mekanisme integrasi antara sistem web dan WhatsApp API agar pesan dapat dikirim dengan cepat dan efisien, serta menguji efektivitas dan keandalan proses pengiriman pesan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, uji coba pemakaian, revisi produk, uji coba produk, revisi desain, revisi produk, dan produksi massal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil dibangun dengan dua peran pengguna, yaitu Admin dan Operator, serta mendukung tiga metode pengiriman pesan, yaitu manual, berdasarkan nomor tersimpan, dan berdasarkan grup. Sistem juga mampu melakukan validasi input, pengelolaan data pesan, nomor, grup, API, dan pengguna, serta pencatatan riwayat pengiriman secara otomatis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dan seluruh skenario pengujian dinyatakan sukses. Kata Kunci : Website, Whatsapp API, Pengiriman Pesan Otomatis, Sistem Informasi, Research And Development =============================================================== This research was motivated by the process of sending notification messages manually through the WhatsApp application on personal devices, which requires more time, increases the risk of delivery errors, and is less efficient when the number of recipients is large. This study aims to design and develop a website capable of sending notification messages automatically through WhatsApp API integration, implement an integration mechanism between the web system and WhatsApp API so that messages can be delivered quickly and efficiently, and evaluate the effectiveness and reliability of the message delivery process. The research method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D), consisting of the stages of potential and problem identification, data collection, product design, design validation, usage testing, product revision, product testing, design revision, product revision, and mass production. The results show that the system was successfully developed with two user roles, namely Admin and Operator, and supports three message delivery methods: manual sending, sending to stored numbers, and sending to groups. The system is also capable of validating input, managing message, number, group, API, and user data, and automatically recording message delivery history. Testing results indicate that all system functions operate according to requirements and all testing scenarios were declared successful.
