Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of capital provided by Lolc Ventura and the effectiveness of financial management on the growth of UMKM with the adoption of financh as a moderating variable. The background of this research raises the issue of UMKM in accessing capital and managing finances discipline, while fintech emerges as an instrument with the potential to strengthen the relationship between internal and external factors. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of 1.877 UMKM managed by Lolc Ventura in the Rantauprapat city area. The sample size was determined using the slovin formula with a 10% margin of eror, resulting in a sample of 95 respondents selected through structured questionnaires using a likert results show that Lolc Ventura’s and financial technology influence the growth of UMKMmoderate the relationship between capital and financial management on the growth of UMKM, indicating that the higher the fintech adoption rate, the stronger the role of capital and financial management in driving business growth. This finding confirms that fintech not only functions as a transction suggestion but also as a variable that enhances the implicatively, the findings of this research encourage synergy between financing institutions such as Lolc Ventura and the fintach ecosystem to create more adaptive access to capital by enhancing the effectivenss of financial management to support the sustainable growth of UMKM. Keywords : Lolc Ventura Capital, Financial Management Effectiveness, Umkm Growth, Financial Technology ==================================================================================================== Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh modal yang diberikan oleh LOLC Ventura dan efektifitas pengelolaan keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM dengan adopsi financial teknologi sebagai variabel moderasi penelitian ini mengangkat tentang UMKM dalam mengakses permodalan dan mengelola keuangan secara disiplin, sementara fintench hadir sebagai instrument yang berpotensi memperkuat hubungan diantara faktor internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini menggunakan hubungan antara pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 1.877 UMKM binaan LOLC Ventura di wilayah kota Rantauprapat. Ukuran sampel ditentukan menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat kesalaham 10%, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 95 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala likert dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partiacl Least Squares Structural Equares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM 4). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Modal LOLC Ventura dan adopsi finansial teknologi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM. pengelolaan keuangan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Lebih lanjut, adopsi financial teknologi terbukti memoderasi secara positif dan signifikan hubungan antara modal dan pengelolaan keuangan terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM, yang mengindikasi bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat adopsi fintench semakin kuat peran modal dan pengelolaan keuangan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan usaha. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa fintench tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai saran transaks, tetapi juga sebagai variabel yang memperkuat efektivitas alokasi modal dan pengelolaan keuangan. secara implikatif, hasil penelitian ini mendorong sinergi antara lembaga pembiayaan seperti LOLC Ventura dan ekosistem fintenchb untuk menciptakan akses permodalan yang lebih adaptif secara memperkuat efektifitas pengelolaan keuangan guna mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM yang berkelanjutan.
