Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan dalam pertumbuhan dan produksi pada tanaman samhong (Brassica juncea L) yang dibudidayakan dengan dua metode yaitu, hidroponik dan menggunakan tanah topsoil. Penelitian perbandingan produksi samhong (Brassica juncea L) ini dilakukan dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua perlakuan, yaitu penanaman secara hidroponik yang menggunakan nutrisi AB Mix (5 ml A dengan 5 ml B dalam 1 liter air bersih) dan penanaman menggunakan tanah topsoil dengan pupuk NPK 16 16 16 (2-3 gram NPK). Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode hidroponik menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman samhong (Brassica juncea L) yang lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan tanah tanah topsoil. Kata Kunci: Samhong, Hidroponik, Topsoil, Perbandingan, Produksi ================================================================================================== This study was conducted to analyze and compare the growth and production of samhong plants (Brassica juncea L) cultivated with two methods, namely, hydroponics and using topsoil. This comparative study of samhong production (Brassica juncea L) was conducted with a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of two treatments, namely hydroponic planting using AB Mix nutrients (5 ml A with 5 ml B in 1 liter of clean water) and planting using topsoil with NPK 16 16 16 fertilizer (2-3 grams of NPK). Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it can be concluded that the hydroponic method produces superior growth and production of samhong plants (Brassica juncea L) compared to topsoil.
