Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen kinerja dalam kegiatan pendampingan pembelajaran sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa di SMP Negeri 12 Torgamba melalui Program Kampus Mengajar. Manajemen kinerja dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut program. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang didukung oleh data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta pre-test dan post-test. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 40 siswa, 7 guru, dan 5 mahasiswa dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan literasi siswa dari nilai rata-rata 38 menjadi 53,1 dan numerasi dari 27,9 menjadi 37,1. Dengan demikian, implementasi manajemen kinerja dalam pendampingan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terstruktur mampu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa. Kata kunci : Manajemen Kinerja, Pendampingan Pembelajaran, Literasi, Numerasi ================================================================================================= This study aims to describe the implementation of performance management in learning assistance activities as an effort to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills at SMP Negeri 12 Torgamba through the Kampus Mengajar Program. Performance management in this study includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and program follow-up. This research a qualitative descriptive method supported by quantitative data. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, as well as pre-test and post-test. The research population consisted of 40 students, 7 teachers, and 5 Kampus Mengajar participants using a total sampling technique. The results indicated an improvement in students’ literacy skills from an average score of 38 to 53.1 and numeracy skills from 27.9 to 37.1. Therefore, the systematic and structured implementation of performance management in learning assistance activities can improve students’ literacy and numeracy skills.
