Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengelolaan kurikulum, pengelolaan keuangan, pengelolaan tenaga kerja, serta pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana terhadap mutu pendidikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 36 responden yang terdiri dari tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan pada suatu lembaga pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya dua variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan, yaitu pengelolaan kurikulum (signifikansi 0,002; koefisien 0,630) dan pengelolaan tenaga kerja (signifikansi 0,001; koefisien 0,573), sedangkan pengelolaan keuangan (signifikansi 0,155) dan pengelolaan sarana prasarana (signifikansi 0,889) tidak terbukti berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil uji ANOVA simultan menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan dengan nilai F hitung 148,543 (F tabel 2,68) dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,705 mengindikasikan bahwa 70,5 persen variasi mutu pendidikan dapat dijelaskan oleh keempat variabel independen tersebut, sedangkan sisanya 29,5 persen dijelaskan oleh faktor lain di luar model. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan kurikulum dan pengelolaan tenaga kerja merupakan faktor dominan yang perlu diprioritaskan dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan, meskipun pengelolaan keuangan serta sarana dan prasarana tetap berkontribusi secara simultan. The population in this study amounted to 36 respondents consisting of educators and education staff at an educational institution. The method used is quantitative research with a survey approach, where data is collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the t-test showed that only two variables had a significant effect on the quality of education, namely curriculum management (significance 0.002; coefficient 0.630) and workforce management (significance 0.001; coefficient 0.573), while financial management (significance 0.155) and management of infrastructure facilities (significance 0.889) were not proven to have a significant effect. The results of the simultaneous ANOVA test showed that the four variables together had a significant effect on the quality of education with an F value of 148.543 (F table 2.68) and a significance of 0.000. The value of the determination coefficient (R Square) of 0.705 indicates that 70.5 percent of the variation in educational quality can be explained by these four independent variables, while the remaining 29.5 percent is explained by other factors outside the model. Thus, curriculum management and workforce management are dominant factors that need to be prioritized in efforts to improve the quality of education, although financial management as well as facilities and infrastructure still contribute simultaneously.
