Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana pengawasan, disiplin, dan motivasi untuk bekerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu. Sebanyak 119 partisipan, yang merupakan karyawan PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu, dilibatkan dalam sampel. Berbagai metode digunakan, termasuk penilaian validitas, evaluasi reliabilitas, pengecekan Analisis regresi linier berganda, asumsi klasik, uji-t, uji-F, dan koefisien determinasi dilakukan semuanya menggunakan SPSS 27. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana variabel independen mempengaruhi variabel dependen dan menentukan tingkat pengaruh variabel penelitian dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada partisipan dan melakukan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap variabel independen memiliki dampak terhadap variabel dependen, dengan semua nilai t yang dihitung melebihi nilai t tabel dan nilai yang signifikan. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Pengawasan, Disiplin Kerja Dan Kinerja Pegawai ================================================================================================== The purpose of this study is to investigate how employee performance at PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu is impacted by work motivation, supervision, and work discipline. The sample consisted of 119 participants who are PDAM Tirta Bina Labuhanbatu employees. Multiple linear regression analysis, validity assessments, reliability evaluations, classical assumption checks, t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficients were among the techniques used, all of which were carried out with SPSS 27. By giving participants questionnaires and administering tests, influence of the research variables and examine the effects of independent variables on dependent variables. All computed t-values are greater than the t-table and significant values, indicating that all independent factors have an effect on the dependent variable.
