Abstract
BPBD Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara masih menerima laporan bencana secara manual melalui telepon, SMS, media sosial, atau datang langsung ke kantor, sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan informasi dan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Pengaduan Bencana Alam berbasis web untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam melaporkan bencana serta membantu BPBD dalam mengelola dan menindaklanjuti laporan secara efektif. Metode yang digunakan adalah Waterfall dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL serta dirancang dengan UML. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempermudah proses pengaduan bencana, mempercepat pengelolaan data, dan membantu petugas dalam memberikan tanggapan terhadap laporan yang masuk. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan BPBD Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara dalam penanganan bencana. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pengaduan Bencana Alam, BPBD, PHP, MySQL ============================================================================== The Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of North Labuhanbatu Regency still receives disaster reports through manual methods such as telephone calls, SMS, social media, or direct visits, which can cause delays in information delivery and difficulties in data management. This study aims to design a web-based Natural Disaster Complaint Information System to facilitate public disaster reporting and assist BPBD in managing and responding to reports more effectively. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance stages. The application was built using PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database management system, with UML used for system modeling. The results show that the system can simplify the disaster reporting process, improve data management efficiency, and support officers in providing timely responses to incoming reports. Therefore, the system is expected to enhance the quality and effectiveness of disaster management services at BPBD North Labuhanbatu Regency.
