Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem sortir otomatis buah sawit berbasis Arduino Uno dengan menggunakan sensor warna TCS34725, LCD 16x2 I2C sebagai penampil data, dua servo SG90 sebagai aktuator sortir dan penahan buah, serta penyimpanan data kalibrasi pada EEPROM. Sistem bekerja dengan membaca nilai komponen warna RGB dari sensor, kemudian membandingkannya dengan data kalibrasi warna buah matang dan warna belt conveyor yang tersimpan di EEPROM. Untuk mencegah kesalahan pembacaan akibat noise servo, pembacaan sensor dilakukan setiap 60ms. Proses sortir menggunakan metode state machine dengan 3 tahapan: deteksi buah, eksekusi sortir oleh servo, dan jeda antar buah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mampu membedakan buah sawit matang dan mentah berdasarkan pendekatan toleransi nilai RGB terhadap data kalibrasi. Servo sortir bergerak ke sudut 0° untuk buah matang dan 45° untuk buah mentah. Servo penahan bekerja pada 0° untuk melewatkan buah dan 45° saat proses pembacaan. LCD menampilkan jumlah akumulasi buah matang dan mentah secara real-time. Fitur kalibrasi otomatis melalui perintah serial CAL_MATANG dan CAL_BELT memungkinkan sistem menyesuaikan diri dengan kondisi lingkungan dan warna belt yang berbeda. Sistem dapat bekerja secara otomatis dan berulang tanpa perlu mengatur ulang nilai RGB secara manual. Kata Kunci: Buah Sawit, Arduino Uno, TCS34725, Sortir Otomatis ================================================================================================= This study aims to design an automatic palm oil fruit sorting system based on Arduino Uno using a TCS34725 color sensor, a 16x2 I2C LCD for data display, two SG90 servos as sorting and fruit holder actuators, and EEPROM for storing calibration data. The system operates by reading RGB color values from the sensor and comparing them with calibrated data for ripe fruit and conveyor belt color stored in EEPROM. To prevent reading errors caused by servo noise, sensor readings are performed every 60ms. The sorting process uses a state machine method with three stages: fruit detection, servo sorting execution, and inter-fruit delay. The test results show that the system is able to distinguish between ripe and unripe palm oil fruit based on an RGB value tolerance approach relative to calibration data. The sorting servo moves to 0° for ripe fruit and 45° for unripe fruit. The holder servo operates at 0° to release the fruit and 45° during the reading process. The LCD displays the real-time accumulation of ripe and unripe fruit. The automatic calibration feature via serial commands CAL_MATANG and CAL_BELT allows the system to adapt to different environmental conditions and belt colors.
