Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi Sistem Informasi Kesehatan (SIK) berbasis cloud pada sistem informasi rumah sakit dan klinik digital dalam mendukung penanganan pandemi, khususnya dalam aspek kecepatan pelaporan, akurasi data, dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dari 5 rumah sakit dan 10 klinik digital yang telah mengimplementasikan SIK berbasis cloud di wilayah Jabodetabek. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dimodifikasi dan analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi manfaat terhadap efektivitas SIK. Efektivitas diukur berdasarkan tiga indikator utama: waktu respons pelaporan kasus, tingkat kesalahan input data, dan biaya operasional per unit layanan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa SIK berbasis cloud secara signifikan meningkatkan kecepatan pelaporan (rata-rata penurunan waktu respons 45% dibandingkan sistem on-premise) dan mengurangi tingkat kesalahan input data (penurunan 300/0). Analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (p < 0.05) dan persepsi manfaat (p < 0.01) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas SIK dalam penanganan pandemi. Implementasi cloud juga terbukti mengurangi biaya pemeliharaan infrastruktur IT secara keseluruhan. SIK berbasis cloud terbukti efektif dan adaptif dalam mendukung penanganan pandemi pada studi kasus rumah sakit dan klinik digital, menawarkan solusi yang scalable dan real-time untuk kebutuhan data kesehatan yang mendesak. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya adopsi teknologi cloud untuk memperkuat infrastruktur kesehatan digital nasional. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing Cloud-Based Health Information Systems (HIS) in digital hospital and clinic information systems to support pandemic management, specifically focusing on reporting speed, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method and a case study. Data was collected from 5 hospitals and 10 digital clinics that have implemented cloud-based HIS in the Jabodetabek area. Analysis was conducted using a modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and multiple regression analysis to test the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness variables on HIS effectiveness. Effectiveness was measured based on three key indicators: case reporting response time, data input error rate, and operational cost per service unit. The results indicate that cloud-based HIS significantly improves reporting speed (average reduction in response time of 45% compared to on-premise systems) and reduces the data input error rate (30% reduction). Regression analysis shows that perceived ease of use (p < 0.05) and perceived usefulness (p < 0.01) have a IX)sitive and significant influence on HIS effectiveness in pandemic management. The cloud implementation also proved to reduce overall IT infrastructure maintenance costs. Cloud-based HIS is proven to be effective and adaptive in supporting pandemic management in the case study of digital hospitals and clinics, offering a scalable and real-time solution for urgent health data needs. These findings affirm the importance of adopting cloud technology to strengthen the national digital health infrastructure.
