Abstract
Praktek Dokter Umum dr. Dewi Marbau masih melakukan pengelolaan data pasien dan rekam medis secara manual sehingga proses pencatatan, pencarian data, dan pembuatan laporan belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi manajemen data pasien berbasis web yang dapat membantu pengelolaan data pasien, rekam medis, dokter, petugas, obat, serta laporan secara terintegrasi. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework Laravel, dan database MySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan setiap fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang dibangun mampu mempermudah pengelolaan data pasien, mempercepat proses pencarian rekam medis, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, serta menghasilkan laporan dengan lebih cepat dan akurat. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi ini dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan pada Praktek Dokter Umum dr. Dewi Marbau. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Data Pasien, Rekam Medis, Laravel, MySQL, Waterfall ======================================================== The General Practice of Dr. Dewi Marbau currently manages patient data and medical records manually; consequently, processes such as data recording, data retrieval, and report generation are not yet optimal. This research aims to design and develop a web based patient data management information system capable of facilitating the integrated management of patient data, medical records, doctors, staff, medications, and reports. The system development method employed is the Waterfall model, comprising requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was built using the PHP programming language, the Laravel framework, and a MySQL database. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that every function operates according to requirements. The research results indicate that the developed information system facilitates patient data management, accelerates the medical record retrieval process, reduces recording errors, and enables faster, more accurate report generation. Thus, this information system can enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of services at the General Practice of Dr. Dewi Marbau.
