Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, pemupukan, curah hujan, dan umur tanaman terhadap produksi kelapa sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) di Afdeling II PT. Sinar Pandawa serta mengetahui faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Juni–Juli 2026 menggunakan data sekunder periode 2016–2025. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS Statistics 25. Analisis dilakukan melalui uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial luas lahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,705, sedangkan pemupukan juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,111. Curah hujan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004, sedangkan umur tanaman berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,011. Secara simultan, luas lahan, pemupukan, curah hujan, dan umur tanaman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 48,811 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai R² sebesar 0,975 menunjukkan bahwa 97,5% variasi produksi dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel penelitian. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah curah hujan dengan nilai koefisien beta terstandarisasi sebesar 0,636. Kata kunci : Kelapa Sawit, Produksi, Luas Lahan, Pemupukan, Curah Hujan, Umur Tanaman. ================================================================================= This study aims to analyze the influence of land area, fertilization, rainfall, and plant age on oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) production in Division II of PT. Sinar Pandawa, and to identify the factor with the greatest influence on production. The research was conducted from June to July 2026 using secondary data covering the 2016–2025 period. A quantitative descriptive method was employed, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS Statistics 25. The analysis involved classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that, individually, land area did not significantly affect production (significance value of 0.705), nor did fertilization (significance value of 0.111). Rainfall had a positive and significant effect on production (significance value of 0.004), as did plant age (significance value of 0.011). Simultaneously, land area, fertilization, rainfall, and plant age significantly influenced production, with a calculated F-value of 48.811 and a significance level of 0.000. The R² value of 0.975 indicates that 97.5% of the variation in production can be explained by the research variables.
