Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan membandingkan pendapatan usahatani kelapa sawit pada lahan gambut dan lahan mineral di Desa Bangko Sempurna, Kecamatan Bangko Pusako, Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif-komparatif terhadap data primer 60 responden, terdiri atas 30 petani lahan mineral dan 30 petani lahan gambut. Agar perbandingan tidak dipengaruhi perbedaan skala kebun, seluruh produksi, biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan efisiensi diseragamkan menjadi satu hektare. Penerimaan dihitung dari produksi TBS per hektare dikalikan harga jual, sedangkan pendapatan operasional diperoleh dari penerimaan dikurangi biaya pupuk, upah pemupukan, upah panen, dan biaya racun standar per hektare. Perbedaan antarkelompok diuji menggunakan Mann-Whitney U dan hubungan antarvariabel dianalisis dengan korelasi Spearman. Rata-rata produksi mencapai 1.071,42 kg/ha/bulan pada lahan mineral dan 916,42 kg/ha/bulan pada lahan gambut. Rata-rata penerimaan masing-masing sebesar Rp3.148.885 dan Rp2.690.938/ha/bulan, sedangkan total biaya sebesar Rp579.801 dan Rp617.642/ha/bulan. Pendapatan Rp2.569.084/ha/bulan, lebih operasional tinggi daripada lahan lahan mineral sebesar gambut sebesar Rp2.073.296/ha/bulan. Perbedaan pendapatan signifikan (U = 722,0; p < 0,001). R/C Ratio lahan mineral sebesar 5,71 dan lahan gambut 4,68. Perbedaan pendapatan terutama berkaitan dengan produktivitas lahan mineral yang lebih tinggi. Hasil merupakan pendapatan operasional karena belum mencakup seluruh biaya ekonomi. A descriptive-comparative quantitative approach was applied to primary data from 60 respondents, comprising 30 mineral-soil farmers and 30 peatland farmers. To remove the effect of farm-size differences, production, costs, revenue, income, and efficiency were standardized to one hectare. Revenue was calculated from FFB production per hectare multiplied by the selling price, while operating income was obtained after deducting fertilizer, fertilization-labor, harvesting-labor, and standardized herbicide costs per hectare. Group differences were tested using the Mann-Whitney U test and associations were examined using Spearman correlation. Average production reached 1071.42 kg/ha/month on mineral soil and 916.42 kg/ha/month on peatland. Average revenue was IDR 3,148,885 and IDR 2,690,938/ha/month, while total recorded costs were IDR 579,801 and IDR 617,642/ha/month. Operating income reached IDR 2,569,084/ha/month on mineral soil and IDR 2,073,296/ha/month on peatland. The income difference was significant (U = 722.0; p < 0.001). The R/C Ratio was 5.71 for mineral soil and 4.68 for peatland. The income gap was mainly associated with higher productivity on mineral soil.
