Abstract
This study aims to find out the influence of competencies, organizational culture and work facilities on employee productivity at the Panai Hilir Labuhanbatu Sub-district Office. This study uses a quantitative approach method, with a technique of examining the relationship between variables in the population or samples that have been systematically identified. The population and sample in this study are all employees of the Panai Hilir Sub-district Office, both civil servants and non-permanent/honorary, which totals 32 people. The data collection method used by the questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used were classical assumption tests, multiple liner regression analysis tests, and instrument and hypothesis tests. The results of the study concluded that: competence has a significant effect on the productivity of employees of the Panai Hilir Labuhanbatu Sub-district Office, meaning that if competence increases, it can increase employee productivity. Organizational culture has a significant effect on the productivity of employees of the Panai Hilir Labuhanbatu Sub-district Office, meaning that if the organizational culture is getting better or more supportive of performance, it can increase employee productivity. Work facilities have a significant effect on the productivity of employees of the Panai Hilir Labuhanbatu Sub-district Office, meaning that if the facilities are complete and adequate, it can increase the productivity of employees of the Panai Hilir Labuhanbatu Sub-district Office.
