Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aspek biologi (kelas ukuran, hubungan panjang berat, kepadatan populasi dan berat relatif) dan menganalisis aspek ekologi (faktor kondisi fulton dan faktor fisika kimia). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian purposive sampling dengan jenis deskriptif eksploratif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa aspek biologi R. dusonensis pada kelas ukuran terbanyak adalah kelas ukuran sedang yaitu 9,4 – 11,5 cm. Hubungan panjang berat bersifat allometrik negatif, karena nilai b < 3. Kepadatan populasi tertinggi di stasiun 2 yaitu 13,5 individu/m2 . Berat relatif dengan nilai diatas 100 bahwa makanan dan predatornya cukup. Aspek ekologi yaitu Faktor kondisi fulton< 1 bahwa ikan kurus. faktor fisika kimia yang telah dilakukan yaitu suhu 26 – 28oC, kedalaman air 118 – 144 cm, kecepatan arus 0,02 – 0,04 m/s, kecerahan air 35 – 56 cm, total kepadatan tersuspensi (TSS) yaitu 20 – 100 mg/l, pH dengan angka 7,21 – 8,02, oksigen terlarut (DO) 4,47 – 7,25 mg/l, kebutuhan oksigen kimiawi (COD) yaitu 12,44 – 25,16 mg/l, fosfat yaitu < 0,003 mg/l dan nitrat 2,28 – 2,27 mg/l. Kata kunci :Aspek biologi, ekologi,Rasbora dusonensis, Sungai Barumun ========================================================= The purpose of this study is to analyze biological aspects (size class, weight length relationship, population density and relative weight) and analyze ecological aspects (Fulton condition factors and chemical pysics factors). This study used purposive sampling research method with descriptive type exploratory. The results of this study showed that the biological aspects of R. dusonensis in the most size class were medium size classes, namely 9.4 – 11.5 cm. The weight length relationship is negative allometric, since the values of b < 3. The highest population density at station 2 was 13.5 individuals/m2 . Relative weight with a value above 100 that food and predators are sufficient. The ecological aspect is the condition factor of fulton< 1 that the fish are thin. Physical chemical factors that have been carried out are temperatures of 26 – 28oC, water depths of 118 – 144cm, current speeds of 0.02 – 0.04 m/s, water brightness 35 – 56 cm, total suspended density (TSS) is 20 – 100 mg/l, pH with numbers 7.21 – 8.02, dissolved oxygen (DO) 4.47 – 7.25 mg/l, chemical oxygen demand (COD) namely 12.44 – 25.16 mg/l, phosphate is < 0.003 mg/l and nitrate 2.28 – 2.27 mg/l.
