Abstract
The biggest challenge for every organization in the industrial revolution 4.0 is that not all employees or human resources can adapt to changes in the workplace so employees are in flexible positions. The research aims to partially prove the effect of each independent variable on the dependent with a multiple linear regression data analysis approach. This research started from November 2022 to March 2023 and was carried out on employees of the Labuhanbatu Regency National Land Agency (BPN) Office with a population consisting of 83 State Civil Apparatuses (ASN). The sample is part or representative of the population being studied and is called the research sample if the researcher intends to generalize the results of the sample samples in this study taken as many as 83 respondents who were taken by census technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include 1) The classic assumption test is carried out through 3 tests, namely the multicollinearity test, the heteroscedasticity test, and the normality test; 2) Testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression test, F test, t-test, and test of determination. Based on the results of the research and analysis described in the previous section, it can be concluded from this study as follows: 1) partially the Attitude and Competence variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) partially the variables of Professionalism and Integrity have a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. But simultaneously the Attitude, Professionalism, Integrity, and Competence variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Attitude, Professionalism, Integrity, Competence, Employee Performance. ========================================================= Tantangan terbesar setiap organisasi di revolusi industry 4.0 yang secara berkepentingan tidak semua pegawai atau sumber daya manusia dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan tempat kerja sehingga pegawai berada diposisi fleksibel. Tujuan penelitian ingin membuktikan secara parsial pengaruh setiap variabel independen terhadap dependen dengan pendekatan analisis data regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini dimulai dari Nopember 2022 sampai dengan Maret 2023 yang dilaksanakan pada pegawai Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan populasi yang terdiri dari Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) berjumlah 83 orang. Menurut Suharsimi Arikunto (2006: 131) Sampel adalah sebagian atau wakil populasi yang diteliti, dan dinamakan penelitian sampel apabila peneliti bermaksud untuk menggeneralisasikan hasil penelitian sempel-sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 83 responden yang diambil dengan teknik sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data antara lain: 1) Uji asumsi klasik dilakukan melalui 3 uji yaitu uji multikolinearitas, uji hetroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas; 2) Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji F, uji t dan uji determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis yang telah diuraikan pada bagian sebelumnya dapat ditarik kesimpulan dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1) secara parsial variabel Sikap dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2) secara parsial variabel Profesionalisme dan Integritas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Tetapi secara serempak variabel Sikap, Profesionalisme, Integritas dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Sikap, Profesionalisme, Integritas, Kompetensi, Kinerja Pegawai.
