Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of training, work environment, work quality, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative, the place of this research is the Regional Secretariat of Labuhanbatu Regency. The data collection techniques used in the study were observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study were 35 employees of the Regional Secretariat of Labuhanbatu Regency. The entire population in this study will be sampled, namely 35 employees. The results of the study prove that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Labuhanbatu Regency.
