Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru di UPTD SD Negeri 04 Asam Jawa Kecamatan Kotapinang. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, yang menjadi tempat penelitian ini adalah Guru SD Negeri 04 Asam Jawa Kecamatan Kotapinang. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Guru di UPTD SD Negeri 04 Asam Jawa Kecamatan Kotapinang. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Guru ======================================================================================== This study aims to determine the influence of principal leadership syle, work motivation, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at UPTD SD Negeri 04 Asam Jawa, Kotapinang District. This study is quantitative. The place of this research is teachers at UPTD SD Negeri 04 Asam Jawa, Kotapinang District. The results of this study prove that Principal Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Jop Satisfaction partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the consumer satisfaction of Teachers at UPTD SD Negeri 04 Asam Jawa, Kotapinang District.
