Abstract
This study aims to examine how students' self-management affects their learning outcomes in mathematics. One of the most important factors influencing students' learning outcomes is self-management, which includes time management, self-motivation, stress and emotion management, and self-control. This study employs quantitative methodology and is an Ex Post Facto investigation. Using the Cluster Random Sampling technique, 25 students from Pondok Pesantren Darus Shalihin Labuhanbatu's class VII A make up the sample. Grades from odd-semester report cards were used to gauge learning outcomes, and a 20-item questionnaire was used to gauge students' self-management. The simple linear regression results show that the t-count value is higher than the t-table value (4.594 > 1.713) and the p value is below the significance threshold (0.000 < 0.005). Thus, self-management positively and significantly impacts students' learning outcomes in mathematics. Keywords : Self-Management, Learning Outcomes
