Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh kemampuan manajemen diri terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen semu yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Utara T.A 2024/2025. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex post facto. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan peneliti maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tingkat kemampuan manajemen diri siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Utara berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata nilai 3,67. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajemen diri terhadap hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Utara dengan nilai korelasi (r = 0,450) yang berada pada nilai r = 0,40 – 0,60 yang berarti memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Manajemen Diri, Prestasi Belajar Matematika, Eksperimen Semu ====================================================================================================== The aim of this research is to see the influence of self-management abilities on student’s mathematics learning achievement. This research is quasi experiment conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Utara FY 2024/2025. This type of research is ex post facto research. Based on the results of the data analysis and discussion of researcher, it is concluded that the level of self-management ability of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Utara is in the high category with an average score of 3.67. there is significant influence between the ability to manage onself on mathematics learning outcomes in class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Utara with a correlation value (r = 0.450) which is at r = 0.40 – 0.60, which means it has a moderate level of relationship.
