Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Total populasi yang terlibat adalah 53 pegawai. Karena jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji asumsi klasik, yaitu uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Uji t, uji F, serta R2 dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pengalaman kerja, kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja, serta komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai BPBD Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Kata Kunci: Pengalaman Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai =================================================================================================== This study employed a quantitative approach and was conducted at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Labuhanbatu Regency. The total population involved consisted of 53 employees. Due to the relatively small population size, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were collected through surveys, documentation, and observation. Data analysis was carried out using classical assumption tests, including normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests. The t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²) were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The research findings indicate that work experience, job satisfaction, work environment, and organizational commitment have a significant influence on the performance of BPBD Labuhanbatu employees.
