Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan administrasi, transparansi biaya, dan kenyamanan lingkungan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Camat Kecamatan Bilah Hulu. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya peningkatan mutu pelayanan publik dalam rangka mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari sejumlah responden yang pernah mengakses layanan di kantor camat tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen kualitas pelayanan administrasi, transparansi biaya, dan kenyamanan lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagian perencanaan pemerintah kecamatan dalam merancang strategi peningkatan pelayanan yang lebih efektif yang berorientasi pada kepuasan masyarakat. Kata Kunci : Kenyamanan Lingkungan, Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi, Transparansi Biaya ================================================================================================ This study aims to determine the effect of administrative service quality, cost transparency, and environmental comfort on public satisfaction at the Bilah Hulu District Head Office. The background of this study is based on the importance of improving the quality of public services in order to realize good governance and responsiveness to community needs. The research method used is quantitative, where data is collected through questionnaires from a number of respondents who have accessed services at the sub-district office. The results of the analysis show that the three independent variables of administrative service quality, cost transparency, and environmental comfort have a positive and significant effect on public satisfaction. This study provides practical implications for the sub-district government planning section in designing more effective service improvement strategies that are oriented towards public satisfaction.
