Abstract

Camat Silangkitang dengan memanfaatkan metode klasifikasi C4.5, guna memberikan gambaran pola yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dari kuesioner yang dijawab oleh masyarakat, data kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan algoritma C4.5 untuk menghasilkan pola klasifikasi dari atribut pelayanan yang terdiri dari kecepatan pelayanan, kemudahan prosedur, sikap petugas, kebersihan, dan ketersediaan fasilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model klasifikasi dengan algoritma C4.5 berhasil memprediksi tingkat kepuasan dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 89,3%, di mana atribut kecepatan pelayanan, sikap petugas, dan kebersihan terbukti paling signifikan memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, penerapan metode klasifikasi C4.5 dapat memberikan gambaran pola tingkat kepuasan yang jelas dan dapat digunakan sebagai landasan bagi Kantor Camat Silangkitang dalam memprioritaskan perbaikan aspek-aspek pelayanan yang paling berdampak, guna mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang lebih responsif, efisien, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Masyarakat, Pelayanan Publik, Klasifikasi C4.5, Pohon Keputusan, Analisis Data ================================================================================================ This study aims to analyze the level of public satisfaction with the services of the Silangkitang Sub-district Office by utilizing the C4.5 classification method, in order to provide a picture of the pattern that can be used as a consideration in improving the quality of public services. With a quantitative approach and data collection from questionnaires answered by the public, the data is then processed and analyzed using the C4.5 algorithm to produce a classification pattern of service attributes consisting of service speed, ease of procedure, officer attitude, cleanliness, and availability of facilities. The results of this study indicate that the classification model with the C4.5 algorithm successfully predicted the level of satisfaction with an accuracy level of 89.3%, where the attributes of service speed, officer attitude, and cleanliness proved to be the most significant in influencing the level of public satisfaction. In conclusion, the application of the C4.5 classification method can provide a clear picture of the pattern of satisfaction levels and can be used as a basis for the Silangkitang Sub-district Office in prioritizing improvements to the most impactful aspects of service, in order to realize public services that are more responsive, efficient, and in accordance with community needs.
