Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada UMKM Warung Kopi On Mada yang berlokasi di Rantau Prapat. Strategi pemasaran menjadi salah satu faktor krusial dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan mempertahankan eksistensi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di tengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap pelanggan dan manajemen Warung Kopi On Mada. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regreasi linier berganda untuk mengetahui sejauh mana bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, tempat, promosi) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran yang diukur melalui peningkatan volume penjualan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM Warung Kopi On Mada. Temuan ini menyarankan bahwa penerapan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dapat meningkatkankan efektivitas pemasaran dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan usaha. Kata Kunci: Strategi Pemasaran, Kinerja Pemasaran, UMKM, Warung Kopi, Bauran Pemasaran ================================================================================================== This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategies on marketing performance at Warung Kopi On Mada UMKM located in Rantau Prapat. Marketing strategy is one of the crucial factors in increasing competitiveness and maintaining the existence of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) amidst increasingly tight business competition. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on customers and management of Warung Kopi On Mada. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) affects marketing performance as measured by increasing sales volume, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The results of the study indicate that marketing strategy has a positive and significant influence on the marketing performance of Warung Kopi On Mada UMKM. These findings suggest that implementing the right marketing strategy can increase marketing effectiveness and contribute to business growth.
