Abstract

Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Administrasi Kependudukan, Berbasis Web, Waterfall ==================================================================== Population administration services are an integral part of government functions at the village level, including in Sidorukun Village. Currently, administrative processes in Sidorukun Village are still carried out manually using ledgers and simple software, which causes various obstacles such as service delays, recording errors, and lack of information transparency to the public. This study aims to design and build a Web-Based Population Administration Service Information System that is able to improve the efficiency and quality of services based on the needs analysis that has been carried out. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. The design tools used include Unified Modeling Language (UML) such as Use Case Diagrams, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Component Diagrams. The technical implementation of this system was built using the PHP programming language, MySQL database, and the Bootstrap framework to produce a responsive web interface. The design results show that the system is able to speed up the service process, improve data accuracy, and facilitate monitoring by the village in an effective and integrated manner.
