Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi website di SMA Negeri 1 Silangkitang sebagai media informasi, layanan akademik, dan pusat dokumentasi digital yang terintegrasi. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh masih adanya keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan data dan penyampaian informasi yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kurang efisien dan efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik dalam satu platform. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan database MySQL serta didukung oleh teknologi front-end seperti HTML, CSS, dan Bootstrap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi website yang dibangun mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data sekolah, mempermudah penyampaian informasi, serta mendukung proses pembelajaran secara daring melalui fitur E-Learning. Selain itu, sistem E-Perpus dan pendaftaran online juga memberikan kemudahan bagi siswa dan calon siswa dalam mengakses layanan sekolah. Dengan demikian, aplikasi website ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan berbasis teknologi informasi di SMA Negeri 1 Silangkitang. Kata kunci : Website Sekolah, E-Learning, E-Perpustakaan, Sistem Informasi, PHP, MySQL ================================================================================================= This study aims to design and develop a website application at SMA Negeri 1 Silangkitang as an integrated platform for information services, academic services, and digital documentation. The background of this research is based on the limitations in data management and information dissemination, which are still carried out manually, resulting in inefficiency and ineffectiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The developed system consists of several main features, namely a school website, E-Learning, E-Library (E-Perpus), and an online student registration form integrated into a single platform. The application is built using PHP programming language with MySQL database, supported by front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. The results of this study indicate that the developed website application is able to improve efficiency in school data management, facilitate information dissemination, and support online learning processes through the E-Learning feature. In addition, the E-Library system and online registration provide convenience for students and prospective students in accessing school services. Therefore, this website application is expected to be a solution in improving the quality of technology-based educational services at SMA Negeri 1 Silangkitang.
