Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much of an impact pricing, location, and service quality have on Barbershop Depan Rumah customers' happiness. The research in this study is quantitative in nature, and the data was collected by use of questionnaires. Customers of Barbershop Depan Rumah make up the study's population, and 65 people were chosen at random to participate. Various methods for analysing data are employed, such as tests for validity and reliability, normality and linearity, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity, partial testing (t-test), simultaneous testing (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). Based on the study's findings, it appears that location and service quality do not significantly impact customer happiness. The location is relatively hot, and the staff is less responsive when serving clients, thus this is the result. Simultaneously, the impact of pricing on consumer satisfaction is substantial. Customer happiness is affected by pricing, location, and service quality all at once. Keywords: Service Quality, Location, Price, Customer Satisfaction
