Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap strategi pemasaran usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), termasuk usaha jasa dekorasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang diterapkan oleh Dekorasi Teratak, mengkaji model pemasaran yang digunakan, serta mengidentifikasi peluang dan hambatan dalam pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai alat promosi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengaitkan hasil temuan lapangan dengan teori pemasaran digital, kewirausahaan, dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dekorasi Teratak telah memanfaatkan media sosial seperti WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, dan YouTube sebagai sarana promosi dan komunikasi dengan pelanggan. Strategi pemasaran digital tersebut terbukti mampu meningkatkan visibilitas usaha, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta membangun kepercayaan konsumen. Kata kunci: Pemasaran Digital, UMKM, Dekorasi Teratak, Media Sosial, Kewirausahaan ============================================================== The development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the marketing strategies of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including decoration services businesses. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies implemented by Dekorasi Teratak, examine the marketing models used, and identify opportunities and obstacles in the use of social media as a promotional tool. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by linking the findings in the field with digital marketing theory, entrepreneurship, and SWOT analysis. The results show that Dekorasi Teratak has utilized social media such as WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube as a means of promotion and communication with customers. This digital marketing strategy has proven to be effective in increasing business visibility, expanding market reach, and building consumer trust.
