Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbantuan mind mapping berbasis Canva terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII pada mata pelajaran IPA materi Ekologi dan Keanekaragaman Hayati di SMP Swasta PGRI-19 Lohsari T.A 2025/2026. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest posttest control group. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 78 siswa yang terbagi dalam dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa 25 soal pilihan ganda yang telah diuji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya pembeda. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, serta uji hipotesis menggunakan independent sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai post-test kelas eksperimen sebesar 76,71 lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 58,87. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 6,968 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,99 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran PjBL berbantuan mind mapping berbasis Canva berpengaruh signifikan dan efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi Ekologi dan Keanekaragaman Hayati. Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Mind Mapping Canva, Project Based Learning ================================================================================================ This study aims to determine the effect of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model, supported by mind mapping using Canva, on the learning outcomes of seventh-grade students in the science subject covering the topics of Ecology and Biodiversity at PGRI-19 Lohsari during the 2025/2026 academic year. This study employed a quasi- experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The study population consisted of 78 students divided into two classes: the experimental class and the control class. The sampling technique used random sampling. The research instrument consisted of 25 multiple-choice questions that had been tested for validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discriminative power. Data analysis was conducted through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing using an independent samples t-test with the assistance of SPSS version 22. The results showed that the average post-test score for the experimental class was 76.71, which was higher than that of the control class at 58.87. The hypothesis test results indicated that the calculated t-value of 6.968 was greater than the table t-value of 1.99, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; thus, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of a Canva-based mind mapping-assisted PjBL learning model has a significant and effective impact on improving student learning outcomes in the subject of Ecology and Biodiversity.
